The rise in the price of goods in the market is a sigh of relief for the middle class.

I am starting my post today by wishing everyone good health. I hope that wherever you are, you are healthy. However, in the current context, the two words 'being healthy' and 'being good' have become a luxury for the middle class like us. Especially when you go to the raw market, the condition of your pocket is starting to make the common man gasp.

Today, I will share with you the recent market instability and some of my shopping experiences last night.
I am a diabetic. The doctor's strict instructions are to reduce rice or carbohydrates and eat plenty of vegetables to keep your body's sugar under control. But with the current market situation, it has become difficult to follow this prescription to stay healthy. When I went to the market last night, I felt like I was on fire after hearing the price of every vegetable. Starting from bitter gourd to potal, jhinge or tomato, the price of almost every vegetable is now 100 to 120 taka per kg.

When a middle-class person has to meet his family expenses with a limited income, the skyrocketing price of vegetables turns the entire budget upside down. The price of bitter or green vegetables, which are necessary for diabetics, seems to be the highest now. Still, life does not stop, and one has to take care of the body. After much calculation, I bought several vegetables for my family and for my own dietary needs.
As I was walking around the market alley, I saw vendors arranging vegetables in rows. Tomatoes, carrots, sweet pumpkins, or bitter gourds are all fresh. But the number of buyers seems to be much less than before. There is a kind of disappointment in the eyes and faces of people. Those who used to buy two to three kilograms of vegetables at a time are now returning home after buying 250 grams or half a kilogram.

There may be many reasons behind the increase in vegetable prices, such as increased transportation costs or syndicates. But as common people, we only understand that at the end of the day, the amount of vegetables on our plate is decreasing. The government or the concerned authorities should take strict steps to control the market now. Otherwise, it will be impossible for ordinary people like us to get nutritious food.
In the picture, you can see some scenes from my market last night. As beautiful as the colorful vegetables are, they are equally expensive. Yet, these vegetables are my best friends in the fight to stay healthy.
What is the current situation of the market in your area? Are the prices of vegetables skyrocketing there too? Be sure to tell us in the comments. We have to continue the fight despite the adversities. Everyone stay safe and stay healthy.
This was my arrangement for today. I hope you liked the pictures I took and the nature observations. Wishing everyone good health, I bid you farewell here today.
