Busy moment of sample cutting in a garment factory.

The cutting section is the initial and very important stage in the entire garment making process. Here, the main fabric of the garment is cut according to the design, which is the basis of the final garment. Yesterday, we spent an incredibly busy day on the sample cutting floor of the office. We completed the entire process by hand, which not only enhanced our skills but also made the working environment enjoyable.

Our work today started with fabric selection and measurement. To ensure accurate measurements, we first lay out the fabric well using pattern paper. Although this process was very time-consuming, it was completed very quickly and accurately with the joint efforts of our entire team. During the entire work, there was a very competitive yet enjoyable atmosphere on the floor. We helped each other, which further strengthened the team bond.

One of my team members, who is currently working as a production supervisor, is directly involved in the cutting process. His experienced eyes and skilled hands help ensure the quality of the cutting. He was very fluent in cutting the fabric, which made it hard to believe that it was just a sample cutting. Like me, I too got the opportunity to work directly on the cutting floor after a long time. It is always a pleasure to use my skills and work with a team.

After cutting, we arrange each part separately. The next step is sticking. Although the sticking section is done by another team, we still watched the entire process carefully to ensure the accuracy of our work. In this entire journey, we not only gained skills, but also enjoyed every moment of the work. This experience of today will undoubtedly hold a special place in my career.
