Crispy chicken rolls and tempting roasted bats at the roadside stall.

Today's afternoon was a little different. After the busy work, as the sun's rays subsided, I felt like walking in the open air for a while. Walking along the familiar streets of the city, I went to the familiar roadside food shop. Even amidst the hustle and bustle of rickshaws, people, and dust, these small street food corners have a different charm that captivates my mind. When my eyes fell on the large tawa in front of the shop, my mouth watered.

On one side of the tawa, rows of crispy golden chicken rolls were arranged. On the other side, the wonderful aroma of hot roasted bats smeared with spices was spreading in the surrounding air. The sound of the sizzling of the drumsticks and the sound of frying on the tawa created a strange and beautiful melody. Unable to control my greed, I stood up to order. The shopkeeper was frying the bot bhuna with spices on a hot tawa with very skillful hands and frying some other delicious dishes.

First, I took a plate of hot bot bhuna. The bots cut into small pieces were finely chopped. The taste was absolutely delicious with a mixture of raw chilies, onions and various secret spices. As soon as I put it in my mouth, the spicy flavor of the spices and the softness of the meat created a wonderful feeling. The joy of eating such a delicious food standing amidst the dust and noise of the roadside is different.

As soon as the turn of eating bot was over, the crunchy chicken roll was served. The outer bread part was so crunchy that it made a wonderful sound when you bite into it. The mixture of chicken filling and sauce inside took the whole experience to another level. Every bite of the hot roll was like a heavenly pleasure.

These small moments bring real peace in the mechanical life of the city. It may not have the grandeur of a big restaurant, but the authentic taste and homely feel of these roadside eateries is priceless. This evening's experience is one to remember for a long time. The hearty food and the beautiful atmosphere made the day worthwhile.
