Mouthwatering grilled meat🍲

How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also well, Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah. I am starting today's event with the wish for everyone's good health.

The sight of this delicious dish steaming from a hot kadai is bound to make anyone's mouth water. If a bowl of such spicy roasted kadai meat is on the menu today, the dining table will be full.

This pairing of khasi or beef with green chillies, onions and capsicum is simply amazing. The intense heat of the pan makes the spices stick to the meat in such a way that it becomes a paste. Every bite of which has a tangy and delicious taste of authentic desi spices. This dish pairs well with hot naan bread, paratha or neat polava. The aroma of the food makes you feel half full.
