Up here they are doing the same, getting ready to run fiber optic internet cable 😄

That is indeed fiber optic cable, they leave reserves like that in many places...
I figured it was..... I just wish we would get fiber optics on our road!!
They stopped running cable a few hundred feet from our dead end road🙄😳
