Sounds like you have problems with homeless people in your country as well......
Over here they have small cities full of homeless people with trash and garbage that is undescribable....
It's way out of control!

Noh, it's not a big problem, there is a free shelter in town but they have rules, no alcohol and have to be in no later than 9-10pm so some of the drunks were staying in the train station overnight.
That sounds very similar to over here….
No alcohol, no drugs, so so many choose to live in the woods in tent cities!🙄
