Splinterlands challenge - Silenced Summoners|| A purely battle without any ability
Hello all Splinterlands friends,
This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets challenge.
This week's theme is the Silenced Summoners ruleset, so I would like to share a battle with it.
The battle ruleset
- 39 mana cap
- Ruleset - Silenced Summoners and Back to Basics
- Splinter - Earth/ Death and Dragon
With these rulesets, there is no ability that can be used and I can only rely on the basic stats of my monsters. I decided to use magic monsters to penetrate armor and high health-point monsters as tankers. Finally, I chose Earth Splinter.
My lineup
Summoner | ![]() | Obsidian - the only reason to choose her in this battle because she is the highest-level Earth summoner in my collection |
---|---|---|
1st position | ![]() | Hill Giant - a cheap monster with only 3 mana but he has 7 health point, a suitable tanker in this battle |
2nd position | ![]() | Harvester - I decided to choose another tanker in 2nd position to protect better my backline monsters. |
3rd position | ![]() | Mycelic Slipspawn - she has 11 health points. The reason is also to protect backline monsters. |
4th position | ![]() | Goblin Psychic - 2 magic attack monster and deal damage from backline |
5th position | ![]() | Goblin Tower - better protection with 3 armors and good range attack damage |
6th position | ![]() | Regal Peryton - I put this flying deer in the last position because it has high attack speed. In the late stage, this deer can take advantage with an early attack |

My enemy chose Kretch Tallevor as the summoner. It's the best choice with this Silenced Summoners rule because this summoner only costs 2 mana and my enemy has more mana for the monsters
- Night Ghoul is a powerful monster with high attack, high armor, and health points. His disadvantage is the slow attack speed so he missed 1 attack in round 1
- I think my enemy made 1 mistake when putting Ancient Lich in the 2nd position. The Lich has 3 magic attacks but low health. If he stood in the last position, he could deal more damage to my team. When Ancient Lich was eliminated and Runic Skyclaw was pushed to the frontline, there was less damage to my team and the game became easier
- Finally, my team could finish all the enemy's monsters in round 4 and get the rewards.
That's all for now and hope you enjoy this battle.
I would love to see your battle with the Silenced Summoners ruleset in the Splinterlands community.

Indeed, that's a lot of gold foil! Amazing! I haven't even noticed until I read your comment. !invest_vote
I hope to collect some gold foil as well, but will be step by step :D
Thanks for the 'invest vote', but what does it do? @anjanida
It's an auto-vote bot :)
Yes, kind of semi-auto helping to raise small votes not to be margalized. !invest_vote

I have several GF to increase my rewards but it becomes my challenge to level them up.
So I still use low-level GF cards in the battle and my winning rate is reducedd.
That's a nice rule-set combination for easy monster selection with high health and impact. A well done choice!! And a well done challenge entry! !invest_vote
Thanks for your comment.
I still think I was lucky when my enemy put Ancient Lich in the 2nd position.
I could lose this battle if he was put in the last position.
Indeed, that would have been a game changer !invest_vote
