Hello all Splinterlands friends,
This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets challenge.
This week's theme is the Wands out ruleset, so I would like to share a battle with it.

The battle ruleset

  • 39 mana cap
  • Ruleset - Wands out and Up To Eleven
  • Splinter - All Splinters can be used

With Wands out ruleset in the battle, I love to use monsters and summoners with Magic Reflect ability to counter the attack from enemy's monsters. Amplify is another must-to-have ability in my team lineup to enhance reflected damage.

My lineup

SummonerOwster Rotwell - he is always my 1st choice if the Death Splinter is allowed to use in the battle with Wands out ruleset. He gives the Magic reflect to all of my monsters
1st positionSkok Duskblight - good health point to stay in the frontline
2nd positionVenari Bonesmith - he is nerfed because of level 2 Owster Rotwell, so he can not use his Poison ability but he is still useful with Life Leech ability. He gains more health from every attack and can reflect more damage to the enemy team.
3rd positionUsut - he has high health point but I don't want to put him in the frontline. I need my enemy team to take some damage before he takes the frontline. So he has more chance to kill the enemy and get stronger with his Bloodlust ability
4th positionAncient Lich - another Life Leech monster. I put him in 4th position because I need him to absorb more health points.
5th positionSpirit Hoarder - to heal the backline monsters with Triage in case my enemy also uses Magic Reflect monsters
6th positionRevealer - I love his Stun ability. It can skip an attack from a stunned monster

The battle

You can click on the image to watch the battle

  • My enemy chose Earth Splinter with level 4 Lobb Lowland. With it, my enemy could use higher-level monsters in this battle. But he didn't utilize the best of level 4 Lobb Lowland because there are 3 level-1 monsters on the battlefield. Maybe he/she didn't build a strong magic deck.
  • However, my enemy has a good strategy. Quora Towershead can attack twice and can heal herself with the support from Goblin Psychic and Mycelic Slipspawn. Mycelic Slipspawn takes the damage with her Taunt ability and Spirit Hoarder will heal her with Triage ability.
  • In round 1, my Skok Duskblight was faded out easily. Luckily, Quora Towershead didn't kill him
  • In round 2, Venari Bonesmith followed Skok Duskblight to the hell 😅. But my Usut killed Goblin Psychic and Spirit Hoarder with Magic Reflect
  • In round 3, Regal Peryton followed Goblin Psychic and Spirit Hoarder. Quora Towershead already tried her best but she can not kill my enhanced Usut.
  • At the beginning of round 4, only Quora Towershead stayed on the battlefield, and Usut sent her home with the 1st attack and closed the game with a win on my side.

That's all for now and hope you enjoy this battle.
I would love to see your battle with the Wands out ruleset in the Splinterlands community.
