Hello all Splinters,
I'm here to share my late Splinterlands diary.
This season, I got some of the wanted cards and could level them up to the cap level of the Silver league.

Before going through the report, I would like to share some tips for newcomers based on my experience. If you just joined the game recently, please take a look on these tips and I hope they can help you on the Splinterlands journey.

• If you don't have a Splinterlands account, join with me here. I think this is a good moment to join the game because the DEC price is high and the card price is at the bottom now. It's much easier to own a card in your deck compared to last year. If you register new account with my link, I can delegate you some cards for 1 month to help you in early stage of the game.
• Let try the Modern format instead of Wild format. With many card editions, you may be overwhelmed in the Wild format. So starting slowly with the Wild format will help you to understand the game strategy or meta.
• Keep tracking your performance regularly. For me, it's the best way to understand what you're doing good and what is not, so you can adjust your strategy if needed. If you follow my blog, you can see I keep tracking my performance every season
• And the last point, let join the Splinterlands community and share your Weekly challenge battle. You not only get the curate from Splinter team but also can learn some good strategies from experienced players. Here is one of my recent post for this challenge. 1.SPS earning

• I got 397 staked SPS from ranked battle/ daily and EOS / brawl rewards and Nightmare packs this season ✅I got more SPS from Nightmare pack this season. And I want to add more packs to the game
• At the time I compose this post, I already achieved my 2023 target with more than 15K SPS in my account. Congratulations to me 😁. However, I still want to continue accumulating more and more SPS.
  

2. DEC earning

• The active accounts are an average of 52K, which is quite low. That's why my rental activity has not been in good shape for a while. I see Splinterlands team mentioned in the Townhall that they will focus on improving new players experience in coming months and I really hope that will improve the number of active accounts.

3. Cards

• I got a Legendary card - Berix Snakeye. He's very powerful and the only Dragon Legendary in Soulbound reward collection.
  

• My deck value claim up to ~475$, increased nearly 20% compared to previous season
• I leveled up 4 cards in this season. Madcap Magus and War Pegasus are at level 5 and they are increased 1 additional damage. That's so good for my battles.
  

4. Next steps

• Join the Guild brawl regularly ✅
• My deck is not strong enough to reach the Gold League at the end of the season. ❌ That's why my next target is to upgrade my cards to the maximum level of Silver League, especially the summoner ones. With this, I hope I can reach the Gold League in the coming seasons.
• I will flip some non-use cards to some more useful ones to strengthen my deck ✅
• Adding more Nightmare packs in the game for SPS earning and I expect the price will go up when the Soulkeep game is launched ✅I just added 18 more packs in the game. At the moment, Nightmare pack price is reduced to 3.5HIVE and I swap SPS to HIVE and buy more packs and add to the game. With this move, I hope to get more and more SPS in the future. When the game launch, I hope to get some profit from these packs.
