My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2025

The month of April is also going to go and the weather is also going to be very hot in our village. In the summer season, children have a lot of fever and jaundice is also very common. My younger sister has been suffering from jaundice for a long time. Every day we take her to the doctor and get four drips and four injections. Avoid tea as much as possible during the summer season. Every day I first bathe the children with cold water, then when the children return home from school, I bathe them because the heat is very intense, which causes heatstroke. Whenever you send the children to school, cover their heads with a cap and also give them a bottle of water.

اپریل کا مہینہ بھی جانے والا ہے اور موسم بھی شدید گرم آنے والا ہے ہمارے گاؤں میں ۔ گرمی کے موسم میں بچوں کو بخار بہت زیادہ ہوتا ہے یرقان بھی بہت زیادہ ہوتا ہے ۔ میری چھوٹی بہن کو کافی دنوں سے یرقان کی مرضِ لاق ہے ہر روز ہم اسے ڈاکٹر کے پاس لے کر جاتے ہیں اور چار ڈرپ اور چار انجکشن لگواتے ہیں ۔ گرمی کے موسم میں جتنا ہو سکے سب کو بچنا چائے ۔ میں ہر روز بچوں کو پہلے ٹھنڈے پانی سے نہلاتی ہوں پھر جب بچے سکول سے گھر واپس آتے ہیں پھر میں انہیں نہلاتی ہوں کیونکہ گرمی کی شدت بہت زیادہ ہوتی ہے جو ہیٹ اسٹروک کا سبب بن جاتی ہے ۔ بچوں کو جب بھی سکول روانہ کرو ان کا سر کسی ٹوپی کے ساتھ دہک دیا کرو اور ساتھ پانی کی بوتل بھی دے دیا کرو ۔
