The Sharia ruling regarding women preaching directly to non-mahram men is that they should avoid it to avoid temptation However if necessary it is permissible with strict Sharia limits (veil low and unattractive stammering of the voice and complete avoidance of any kind of solitude) The detailed rulings in the light of authoritative Islamic institutions and fatwas are as follows1 Basic principles and rulings: Veil and voice limits: If a woman preaches religion to a non-mahram, it is necessary for her to be completely veiled and her voice should not be soft or attractive.

One should avoid talking to non-mahrams unnecessarily. Fear of temptation: Since there is a strong fear of temptation and misguidance in associating and talking with non-mahram men, scholars strictly forbid it so as to eliminate opportunities for sin.2. Ruling on leaving the house: Travel: It is not permissible for a woman to travel for preaching or any other purpose without a mahram. Joining a congregation: In today's era, according to fatwas from major institutions like Darul Uloom Deoband and Jamia Binoria, women going out to preaching congregations or preaching religion in front of non-mahrams can cause fitnah, so they are prohibited from doing so. 3. Permissible method for women: The best and safest method for women is to preach to the women of their house, the local matrons and other sisters instead of non-mahram men. For this, they can study authentic religious books or seek guidance through audio/video lectures.
