Recently, I have shared with you the importance of proper card selection in the battle according to the rulesets in this post, which is crucial in the game Glimpse of the Prior-battle knowledge for Splinterlands battle success! I discussed the effective ways to collect more loot chests within a short period of time. In this post, I have mentioned one strategy of playing like robots which can be very effective in some cases (You can find details in that post) but there are some underlying issues that I have noticed frequently which I have addressed in that post.

This is my entry in Weekly Battle Challenge with the Earth MONSTER MYCELIC INFANTRY which is one of the BEST cards from the EARTH team in the game with a lot of health with a SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF ARMORS. Also, it has some excellent abilities such as the SHIELD, GIANT KILLER, and the ENRAGE for taking an significant role in winning a battle. This week I am going to talk about the amazing performance of this BEAST of the EARTH team MYCELIC INFANTRY in a very competitive battle that I have experienced today. It is my analysis and observation that buying of this card if you are a new player and limited investment amount will be an excellent idea. Such great monster is highly recommended by me if you ask for the suggestion or evaluation of this great monster!

The featuring FIRE MONSTER in this discussion is a fantastic card with the excellent number of HEALTH and abilities like SHIELD, GIANT KILLER, and the ENRAGE which make it a true beast in the battle! I can say that it is one of the best CHEAP EARTH card of RARE group among the new EARTH team of the CHAOS LEGION SET! And it is also one of the cheapest RARE to max out the level, but soon it will be gone crazy in price like the old cards! And the price will definitely increased in coming days due to it's use cases for being a useful MONSTER.

This card is an excellent card with a medium and high MANA matches which will cost you only 8 MANA with the amazing number of HEALTHs and ARMORS with a lot of MELEE ATTACKS and the amazing ability of SHIELD at level 1 and THE GIANT KILLER at LEVEL 5!

I have chosen this card because of the following reasons-

• It has the excellent number of HEALTH and ARMORS with the excellent SHIELD ability that will able to reduce the MELEE and the RANGE attacks and for the MAGIC attacks the rulesets will reflect a portion of magic attacks!

• This monster has an EXCELLENT number of MELEE attacks which is very helpful for any battle!

• It is one of the cheapest RARE available with a lot of abilities such as the SHIELD, GIANT KILLER, and the ENRAGE and It can be max out according to the league level very easily!

In this battle I have used the EARTH summoner which is one of my favorite OBSIDIAN which do excellent job by increasing one MAGIC attack of all the friendly monsters.

Let's dive into The Battle

My battle was a 56 MANA battle with the RISE OF COMMONS and the MAGIC REFLECTION rulesets. And I have chosen my EARTH summoner OBISIDIAN (level 4) as my summoner. The increasing MAGIC ATTACK will be very beneficial against most of the decks in Splinterlands but here the due to the MAGIC REFLECTION RULESETS, I have used more non-magic monsters!

My monster positions

As I expected the enemy team with the WATER team and I got the enemy TEAM with the WATER RARE summoner KELYA FRENDUL which is a level 2 one. In my monster line up I have chosen the monsters with a lot of health and excellent speed for the initial positions so that my other monsters can do a great job for destroying the enemy effectively. My team has significantly more RANGE attacks which is really a positive thing for the battle.

I have chosen the UNTAMED RARE card UNICORN MUSTANG as my primary TANK! as it is now cheap and it has a solid health with the significant number of MELEE attacks and amazing speed with the excellent ability of VOID so that the MAGIC attackers will get half attacks after attacking it**. As MANA cost is not important issue here because of 56 MANA match and I am spending the MANA with the solid reason and this DRAGON is an amazing monster.

My second monster is another great EARTH MONSTER GOBLIN PSYCHIC with its excellent number of health nd some amazing ability of TANK HEALING and the AFFLICTION which make this monster an excellent TEAM MEMBER in any match! Also the excellent ability of TANK HEALING make it an amazing member as it heals the TANK every round. And this card is truly a ability house of the team due to the AFFLICTION ability also that stop the healing of it's target monster!

My third monster is the NEUTRAL MONSTER SUPPLY RUNNER and this is a very useful card due to low MANA cost and good number of health with amazing ability of SWIFTNESS with a significant number of RANGE ATTACKS!

My fourth monster is the EARTH MONSTER the GOBLIN with its excellent number of RANGE ATTCKS with the amazing ability of BLAST which make this monster an excellent TEAM MEMBER in any match!

My fifth monster is an amazing EARTH monster with 5 MANA cost is the "VENARI SEEDSMITH" which has an excellent number of RANGE attacks!

My sixth and the final monster is the featuring EARTH monster with only 8 MANA cost is the "MYCELIC INFANTRY" which has an excellent number of HEALTH and MELEE attacks. And also the great ability of SHIELD which is making this beast to absorb a lot of SNEAK ATTACKS!

My battle

When I saw the WATER TEAM with the water summoner KELYA FRENDUL with a level 2 , I was confused about the victory of the match and the match was very exciting till the end! But the low level monsters of the enemy team make the battle to win.

My main TANK did excellent job with a tons of HEALTH and sustained till the end of the battle which was devastating for the enemy team!

Also, I have more attacks than the enemy as they have one monster without any attacks. The selection of my monsters is the region behind my winning of this battle. At the end of round 1, enemy's main TANK is almost dying!

I have also lost 5th monster at the beginning of 1st Round!

Round 2
I lost 2nd TANK and I have killed the first and the most powerful monsters of the enemy team!

Round 3

At round three I have killed enemy's 2 monsters but the 4th one has some of health!

But the featuring monster MYCELIC INFANTRY is doing great job with a lot of health by absorbing the SNEAK ATTACKS!

Round 4
Still my first TANK is doing great by dodging many attacks from the enemy's monsters and enemy has only two monsters!

Round 5
Almost I have killed enemy's all the monsters the last one alive with only 3 health!

But I have 4 monsters with a lot of health and attacks!

At round 6 I won the match which was very exciting one!

Most importantly, now all the new players can afford this excellent EARTH MONSTER with the excellent number of HEALTHS and abilities at an affordable cost. And this card can be a great card for any league level in Splinterlands game!
