The Mountains Of The Xiao Shi Jian Village: Finding Peace In Nature

It's quite peaceful when you are far away from the screen on your desk, and the surrounding area is covered with the natural landscape, especially the greenery of the nature is the best for soothing your eyes. And mountain forest is the best destination to enjoy such beauty with the abundance of green trees and dense plants in the ground. The silence all around you is broken with the chirping sounds of the birds, and noise from the insects is the place where you can find the absolute peace of mind. In the late September of this year I have been to such mountain forest of a very discrete village which has very rural and old connecting roads that has no public transport and located inside the smaller mountains. The name of the village is Xiao Shi Jian, you can see the map, it is just in the nature embracing the abundnce natural beauty far from any city.

The mountain village is located in the Miyun district which is a neighboring village to the Huairou district where I live. But the distance from the ciy centre of the village is very far and even there is no high road connecting the village. But a my exploration I can go anywhere with my bicycle. I have not entered into the village residential area as my target was these mountains that located behind the residential area of the smaller mountian village.

I have reached there in the afternoon 3 pm and the sun was shining in the sky but there was clouds in the sky so the jouirney was quite comfrtable because it is very tiring when you go up towards the mountains road. My target was to visit the Miyun Resevoir Observation peak on the mountain, but on my way I found this beautiful mountain village and the scenic beaity through the narrow road that crosses this mountain region to my destination.

As the cycling was very tiring I ahve walked along the mountains road for half an hour as it let me explore the beauty ofnthe mountains and enjoy my walk in the nature. The whole area was empty as very few people move through thissecret way. I found some cyclists like me moving and saw a couple of visitors with their family to this area which is so far from the city area.

The natural beauty is at it's best in the area as the whole area is completely a wild area without any agricultural uses. There was no any structures or farmlands that I have notice because the area is completely mountains area and this beautiful road is just like passing through the mountains. I have not seen any damages in the forest by the people that means it is well protected forest.

I have enjoyed the frsh oxygen that filled my heart with peace and the surrounding beauty soothed my eyes. It was a excellent place for my break for a while there in my outdoor activity of cycling exploration of the wilderness of the Beijing city's northern region. I will come back to this region for further exploration near the Miyun Lake which would more exciting exploration me in the coming days.
