The strongest max SILVER LEAGUE WATER DECK @190 bucks!

Hello, the beautiful people of Splinterverse. Some amazing things are happening after the announcement of the Riftwatchers cards set and the Tower Defence Game which are in the pipeline to be integrated. Also, the current booming renting market can be further improved through the staking and use cases of Splinter cards in the Tower defense game! which is gonna be one of the key points to be explored in near future. I am also trying to grab some extra DEC from renting some of my low-level GF cards as I have entered into the gold league but dare not to enter the Diamond league now with my lower deck level. In the last weeks, I have introduced some strategic ways to find the new cheaper cards which can be very useful from many perspectives in the game such as winning with more DEC, and more R-shares. And also I have discussed one of my favorite LIFE COMBO at a low cost and the fascinating ability of FORCEFIELD which is the rarest ability among all the cards as only 5 cards own this fascinating ability. These cheaper and alternating cards can be useful and amazing options for the substituting of many expensive cards with high renting values. And also for price appreciation in the future, these cards can be solid investments in this dumped market. I hope those discussions were very helpful for improving your Splinterlands experience.

Last week, I have discussed about the strongest max SILVER LEAGUE FIRE DECK @160 bucks- post link. This week, I am going to discuss how to build a MODERN WATER DECK in the most effective way minimizing the cost from every perspective. This post is going to be very important for the new play or those who are planning to climb up to the SILVER LEAGUE from the BRONZE LEAGUE. I hope this will be very helpful to make the plan and it will help to find out which cards are very helpful and which cards are optional. Also, I have mentioned the card utility according to the MANA level of the match and the level that will be enough for building the deck. If you have any suggestions and queries, you can ask me in the comment related to my post!

The must-have card in this collection will cost you around $190.00 and the optional will cost around $148.00 including the summoners which costs $82 and 31 bucks respectively! So to play in Gold league any player can add more $148 with the basic $190 bucks. I am also playing with a level 4 KELYA FRENDUL in gold league!

Summoners

For modern league I prefer the fire summoner "KELYA FRENDUL" from the Chaos Legion set which is an amazing summoner that increases one SPEED of attack and adds one armor to all the friendly monsters! Also, the cost is reasonable, for a max SILVER LEAGUE, the cost will be around $82 though it is the most expensive RARE summoner among the CL summoners except the legendary summoners.

The alternative option is the "VERA SALACIA" from the dice edition and that will cost only $36. And another one is the newly released RIFTWATCHER EPIC summoner "AQUATUS" which will cost around $31.00. So, one they is okay as optional in much cheap deck building but there will be lack of ability that KELYA FRENDUL offers is the best option in my opinion.

MONSTERS

There are so many options for the monster selections I am going to suggest the most useful monsters. Also, I am not going to discuss the cheapest monsters that costs nothing and many of them are not so useful. I am sharing the frequently used monsters in SILVER LEAGUE. Many of these monsters are calculated with it's single BCX price due to the cost of these cards will be very high and utility is also very high. But most of the new players can't afford so much money and so, I have kept the single BCX for the deck building as the cost is very important in this case.

LEGENDARY CARDS
Here, the reward card DJINN OSHANNUS is the most useful card for any battle due to its amazing VOID and PHASE ABILITY in silver level and the other monsters such as the RIVER HELLONDALE is also amazing card due to the RESURRECT and INSPIRE ABILITY that relives one dead monster and increases the MELEE attacks for all friendly monster by +1!

The RUNEMANCER KYE is very useful in 99 MANA matches because of the excellent ability of LIFE LEECH with a huge number of hearts and armors at level 1. The flying ability with solid speed will make it a beast in the deck.

The other fascinating legendary from the UNTAMED edition is the PHANTOM OF THE ABYSS which is very expensive but it is a true beast in any battles due to excellent speed with the FLYING AND THE DODGE ability. The other monster like the BAAKJIRA nad the TORRENT FIEND are also very useful for the water deck.

EPIC CARDS
For EPIC cards, the AXEMASTER is a MUST-HAVE card with excellent speed with the amazing ability of DOUBLE STRIKE with 2 RANGE ATTACK ae level 1!

The NERISSA TRIDAWN is another necessary card from the epic group. Also the CORAL WRATH is a good choice with the magic attacks with the amazing SNEAK ability.

The TIDE BITER is an excellent card because of its REFLECTION SHILED ability that is very dominating against the THORNES or BURST effect in the battles. Also, it has the REACH ability, so it is a MUST-HAVE card for a water deck.

Besides the epic card, WAVE BROOD with the TAUNT ability, is very useful in high MANA mathes and also the CLOSE RANGE ability and the VOID ability at level 4 makes it an amazing cards agains the MAGIC-oriented opponent.

RARE CARDS
The VENARI WAVESMITH is a reward card which is the best RARE card from the PRICE perspective due to the offering of 2 extra armors to all the friendly monsters. Another CL monster, MERDAALI GUARDIAN is the second MUST-HAVE card for a strong water deck. These two cards are amazing COMBO as the Guardian offers TANK healing and also the REPAIR ability at higher level!

Another amazing CL RARE monster is the DIEMONSHARK which is an amazing TANK with excellent speed, a significant number of HEARTS, and ARMORs. The amazing ability of TRAMPLE and the ENRAGE make it a beast in any battle. It is a true meta for the water deck!

The SEA STALKER can be very useful in 99 MANA matches. And the other monsters like KELP INITIATE and the ICW PIXIE can be solid cards in low MAN matches.

COMMON CARDS
Common cards are the most useful cards for the new and the medium decks buildr throughout the Splinterlands game as many people cant invest tons of money to build the decks with legendary or epics with the high price of the BCX!

Due to the low price points I think everyone should buy all the commons cards and max out the level. This wilincreasees the collection power to enter into the higher leagues for greater rewards and also the deck will be stronger.

Personally, In my gold leaue battles, I am dependent on the common and rare cards in most of the cases as I have max out these cards with very little money!

Some of the most useful commons are DEEPLURKER which is a MUST-HAVE card due to its fascinating abilities and hughe number of attacks with excellent speed! Another one is a REWARD card PELACOR BANDIT which has an excellent speed with the FLYING ability. Also the SNEAK ability of this CARD make it an awesome card at very low cost!

Also, there are some OPTIONAL COMMON cards that can be kept in the decks for some special cases but not a MUST-HAVE category. Being the cheapest option, common cards are the best way to start buying for deck building. Also the playing experience will give more knowledge and different strategy will be focused on various cards that are to be needed first.

There are many such cards in other categories for the WILD edition but I recommended very few of these which are frequently used in the game by the new players. Also the WILD CARDS are very expensive to buy than the modern cards. If you want some discussion about the WIOLD cards also, you can let me know in the comments, I will try to do it in my future posts!

Thank you very much for your time and attention. I will catch you at the next.
Have a nice day!

!1UP You built a very nice deck for $ 190. Kelya is definetely much better than the other two options and worth it to spend a little bit more.

Excellent guide. Water is one of my favorite decks. I managed to build up a level 5 Kelya and it's a beast in Gold III with many of the cards you mention. Thanks for your time and effort.
