My Splinterlands EOS and Gold Foil Octavia Shadowmeld!

Hi Splinterlands players, it's been awhile since I posted anything Splinterlands related. Admittedly this season I really haven't pushed very hard and took a lot of days off of playing. I was still able to pull out 41 diamond chests though. Like every other player at season end I'm hoping for jackpot chests and gold legendary cards, kind of like a kid on Christmas morning. Today I really can't complain about my pulls. No legendary cards unfortunately... Oh well!

Now the card pulls were pretty good overall. Really nothing new but they were all welcome to help me level up my existing rewards cards. The SPS was awesome pulling in 82, no jackpot but hell I'll take it any day of the week! The two packs I was excited to see right up until I opened them. Talk about a let down... about thirty cents worth each in cards!

I did get a lot of copies of Octavia Shadowmeld though including six gold foil!

I was able to level the gold foils up to level four. That's really only silver level but it's a start! I can't wait to get my soul bound summoners up to gold/diamond where I usually play. My death deck is usually pretty weak and I don't play much with it because I find myself having to think too much to make good teams. I definitely need to work on that! With any luck I'll pull some more gold foils of her soon to put her up into gold to start making use of her.

I know what Splinterlands is, but never played it. So most of what you shared was Greek to me 😀. Sounds like you are enjoying it though which is what matters.

It's a fun game, a lot of strategy and a play to earn. It's tough at the start until you figure things out.
