My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2026

Today was one of those days when I really wanted to stay active, but my body simply didn’t cooperate. I woke up feeling a strange heaviness and laziness that stayed with me throughout the day. Because of that, I couldn’t do my usual activity or walk like I normally try to do.

Some days are like this, especially during Ramadan. The fasting, the changing sleep routine, and the weather can sometimes make the body feel slow and low on energy. Today felt exactly like that for me. I kept thinking that maybe later in the day I would feel better and go for a short walk, but the heaviness in my body didn’t really go away.

Instead of forcing myself, I decided to listen to my body and take some rest. I believe it’s also important to accept days like these. Not every day will be productive or full of activity, and that’s okay. What matters is that we try again tomorrow.

Hopefully, I will feel more energetic and fresh tomorrow and get back to my routine. Sometimes a little rest is all the body needs to recover and come back stronger.
