Good day beautiful humans!!

The sunrise at the pond is often quite a delight! In my area, the sunset in the west is generally best enjoyed out by the ocean, but the sunrise is all mine here by the pond! ☀️ I love watching it peep over the hillside and create beautiful shades and streaks of purple and pinks.

I’ve been quite stressed lately. Hard not to be with current affairs. But it’s good to remember that this too shall pass, and things sometimes need to get desperate and drastic before we see real change.

I’m thankful to the peacekeepers out there. All of those that refuse to give into the divide and decide to love each other no matter what. Those who don’t judge others for their choices and accept them anyway. Those who can have a totally different opinion but stay harmonious in spite of it.

These are my people! Don’t let the hateful, vengeful, petty, sourness get to you 💕

Love will win. Trust in that.

My newest piece is coming along great!

I hope it works out the way I envision! So easy to get my measurements a bit off, or miss a string, I’m a spaz.

This little purse 👇🏻 was not made by me.

This one is actually probably 60 or more years old! My great grandmother used to macrame quite a bit and this piece was made by her. I’ve hung onto it myself for the past 20+ years, after it was passed down to me. Gifts from my ancestors are so special.

I feel very grateful to have several of her craft and macrame pieces, as well as a few things my grandparents created in their lifetimes. Quilts, holiday decorations, night tables, a toy bin, knitted socks and washcloths. I treasure them all.

My tea spoke some truth again today 💚

I feel we all have much more power and influence than we might think.

Use it to spread love.

Admittedly, after my December NO SUGAR Challenge, I'm back to green tea with cane sugar! But I’m only using about a half a teaspoon of sugar and drinking maybe 3 - 4 cups a week. Which is a huge difference! I used to drink about 5-8 cups a DAY with two teaspoons of sugar each time! It was ridiculous.
So it’s not exactly making me feel icky or guilty. And I'm not craving it like I used to at all. Just enjoying a sensible cup of tea from time, like a normal person. 😂

My tray of greens is growing just fine! I’ve got arugula and kale here. The kale, I’ll grow nice and big, maybe even plant it outside eventually.

But the arugula I plan to harvest as young greens.

The full moon brought me many intense dreams, and I swear my whole mind and body are now much more affected by the tides. The more I give into nature, the more I see patterns in myself, in many ways, it’s quite astonishing.
