Bey Actifit Frens! Had a very excellent day today that started at 4:09 AM with my infant child who woke up at her regular time and then continue gone the day and ended with a spectacular date night with my beautiful wife. During which I knocked out 12,000 steps during the day and, did a ton of work around the house. Most of those steps are probably chasing my infant around the house. I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
