Hey Actifit frens! Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there. I certainly did knocking out over 15,000 steps on the day. I got the majority of my steps in taking my dog for a walk at lunch and by doing the elliptical after work today, I also went to the gym and did a full upper body Workout. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme
