My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2025

Hey Actifit frens! Had a epic and wonderful but extremely long day today where I capped it off by doing a over 40 minute long elliptical challenge that was all uphill and totally brutal and awful. I also went for a long walk at lunch today with my dog and tried not to get eaten alive by the giant cicada bugs that are everywhere. Hope y’all had a great day out there and enjoy the daily meme.

Dude the uphill elliptical sessions are killer but so worth it. Your dog probably loved that lunch walk too. The cicadas have decided to go crazy this year, they're like flying nightmares lol.

They are pretty cool actually, the Cicadas have wings that should not allow such a large insect to fly but somehow they do.
