Hey Actifit Frens! Had another wonderful day today except it was also extremely busy and it was so busy. I was not able to go for my normal walk at lunch so I missed my 10 case goal on the day however I did do a 30 minute uphill elliptical workout challenge that was extremely steep on the incline so I have more than made up for it today and I also had a extremely high intensity session after that. Hope y’all enjoyed the day and I hope you enjoy the daily meme even more.
