Hey Actifit frens! Had a very nice day today! Got in over 10,000 steps on the day by doing an elliptical challenge and by taking my dog for a walk at lunch today oh and all had a very good day in terms of my health, eating all my vitamins and eating a healthy bunch of food today, hopefully on my way to continue to lose calories Hope y’all had a great day and hope you enjoy the daily meme
