Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy day today and spent most of it in the car, but I was still able to knock out almost 10,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a long walk at lunch today. I also got a lot of steps just doing my daily normal activity. Hope y’all had a great day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
