Hey Actifit frens! Had a extremely long and epic day today having to drive all the way to Connecticut and back from Cape Cod because of a dental emergency with one of my kids, which was absolutely no fun at all then after I got the kids down for bed tonight. I jumped on the elliptical and did a 30 minute elliptical challenge which is how I knocked out over 13,000 steps on the day. Hope y’all had a busy and productive day out there as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
