Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy but also very long day today and got in my steps by taking my dog for a nice walk through the woods today during my lunch break. After work today, I had lots going on with the kids so did not have time to get on and do a high intensity workout and after dinner and after getting the kids, the bed I wanted to work on my upcoming Epstein documentary because it’s getting close to being done and I’m just trying to fire through the very end of it.

Sneaking in steps with the dog at lunch is a smart move when the evening turns into kid duty. Dogs are the best coaches, they work for belly rubs. Any rough ETA on the doc, or thinking of dropping a short teaser here first?
