Hey Actifit frens! Hope you had a wonderful day out there and I hope you’re out there watching my new Epstein documentary just dropped tonight. I had an epic day today knocking out over 11,000 steps on the day by going for a super long walk with my kids while they were on their bicycles and all that good type of stuff in the sun great stuff. The rest of the day just chasing kids around the house. No one high-intensity out today because I had barely any sleep last night, so going to bed hope y’all had a wonderful day. Peace out cheers.
