Hey Actifit frens! Had an extremely long and hard will stay today but knocked out over 11,000 steps on the day while dressed like a Eastern European rockstar in my new tracksuit did jump on the elliptical at one point and got a high intensity workout session in for over 30 minutes, so all in all a good day exercise wise hope y’all enjoy the daily meme
