Hey Actifit Frens! Hope everyone out there had a wonderful day as I did today knocking out over 15,000 steps on the day by going for a 5.6 mile run this afternoon as I’m training for shipwrecked in the fall a big road race that’s coming up in November. Hope y’all out there enjoy the daily meme.
