Hey Actifit frens! Happy early Thanksgiving day to all you out there. Hope you had a wonderful day today. Knocked out over 10,000 steps even though I’m sick by getting on the elliptical and doing a 30 minute uphill elliptical challenge and by taking my dog for a long walk at lunch today Hope y’all enjoyed me more tonight and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
