Hey Actifit frens! Had an absolutely epic day today cleaning out my entire house and knocking out 12,000 steps in the process. I also jumped on the elliptical in the evening and did a 30+ minute high intensity, uphill elliptical challenge so knocked out a ton of calories today ate very healthy today and got a lot of steps in all know a good day for my active health.
