Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely wonderful day today knocking out over 12,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a walk at lunch and by doing a 50+ minute elliptical challenge after work today. Then I got another high intensity workout later in the evening. Hope y’all had a great day as I did and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
