{problem-solving} - House Construction - Season 1, Episode 4
August 23, 2026 - Building footing for foundation.
In keeping with The PEPT Game problem solving and personal development ethos, this series covers the eventual replacement of a destroyed single family home by a duplex income property.
Today I share more photos of the Concrete Boom Pump Truck and more specifically at the construction of the footing course for the building.
Also, take note of the changes I have made to this #photo-essay series. Part of demonstrating continuous process improvement and fueling a Proof of Self Improvement(POSI) activity. Learn to play The PEPT Game and you can tap into some ROI rewards.
Now back to our construction...

In the above photo, do you see the created keyway? Here, let me Google AI that for you.

In the next photo, I am looking towards my house.
This maybe my first time at this location. I do remember coming over to help one son, Laurie start his lawn mower. Shawn was about 5 years younger and is the son that died in the fire.
Brings back memories cause I knew Shane the best of the family. We bowled in the same league and he was a top Candlepin bowler. A very challenging style of bowling popularized in New England states and Canadian Maritime Provinces.

In the next 2 photos you see preparation where the entrance will be as well as the access to water and server line.

And now a closer look at the footing before the keyway is created.

That completes todays house construction update. Thank you for reading and do not hesitate to share feedback and upvotes. It's all part of Hive allowing us to grow digital wealth from our collaborative activities.
