We could have !HOPEd that there was a (graceful) transfer of leadership of the tribe to other active people on the community !INDEED. πŸ€―πŸ€—

Indeed, that's how it should have been done. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

I think that a Hive community generally becomes a "tribe" when it has its own official token (on #HiveEngine), and optionally has its own Hive-based frontend !INDEED. πŸ€―πŸ€“

That's great and all, but I've learned to put a lot more credence in communities that are actually run well, whether they have those components or not. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I assume that one of the major factors that you look for on a "good" community is the presence of multiple active leaders. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€“

Indeed, and good community communication. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I think that it usually is (but not always) the case that active leaders have good communication as one of their traits !INDEED. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€“

I'd say often rather than usually, as it's pretty hit or miss from what I've seen. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Do you mean that even if the leader (or the leadership) of a Hive community is active, they are usually not good in communication !INDEED? πŸ€”πŸ€―πŸ˜…

Sadly, yes, that is often the case. Good communication is key. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Looks like you would say that it is often (though not necessarily) the case is that a community with only one leader who is good at communication beats other communities with more than one leader but whose leaders are not that good at communication. πŸ€”πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€―πŸ€“

It's a good thing that #HiveBuzz (which is one of the most !FUN projects here on Hive) has (at least) one community engagement team member, so not only does its bot issue badges by the hour to all qualified Hive accounts, but the project itself feels more alive with someone replying to (human) comments on the HiveBuzz project posts and comments nearly all of the time. πŸ€”πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜

Indeed, I agree, and I always make sure to respond to their comments and replies. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

You and the #HiveBuzz community manager might not stop replying to each other in that case! πŸ€”πŸ€―πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Actually no, they always respond to my first comment when I tag them, but they very rarely reply to the second, if I don't tag them. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Modifying @savvytester's previous comment, you and the #HiveBuzz community manager might not stop replying to each other in that case if you continue to tag them on your comments! πŸ˜†πŸ˜…

Well tagging them has a higher probability that they'll respond the the second time, but it's not a given, and they often don't. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

#HiveBuzz now has a new project manager according to their official post, that probably replaces the community manager we knew before (but wasn't mentioned on the post). 😏

I wonder if you have !INDEED taken a look at the latest post of #HiveBuzz but just didn't reply there yet, or if you forgot to take a look altogether. πŸ€―πŸ˜†

I assume that what you mean with the word "less" on your comment is the number of comments themselves, and the number of characters per comment in general. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€“
