Not bad at all, allthough I need to confess that I don't feel comfortable with theis Achilles heel injury I'm suffering for a couple of weeks already keeping me out from running. I'm trying to maintain shape a bit by cycling and swimming, which I anyway would need to do to train for the triathlons, but without to run it's quite difficult! !wine !HUG

I've tried to run a bit yesterday and I !HOPEd that I wouldn't have lost too much shape, but unfortunately I did... Thanks for the thumbs up though !LUV !HUG !INDEED

I didn't really stop, more I've been shifting to cycling and swimming. But unbelievable it is how fast even like this I've lost shape in running....

Well, that's good, swimming and cycling are still excellent. Yeah, endurance/stamina does drop quite quickly if we don't keep consistently exercising it. May it return quickly, my friend. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
