Good morning everyone, it nice to meet you again

Indeed body Exercise is good for our wellbeing. And it will be effective only if you do it continuously without distraction.

Yesterday like other days, I exercise on the road leading to a community known as ididep ibiono Ibom, in Nigeria. Although they was light shower rained on that afternoon but I managed to work on the tar road since the rain was not heavy, so this are the foot steps I was able to make on actifit table shown below.
