A Long Worst Night

Yesterday night is really one of the night I never pray or hope for, it was really a stressful period, my friend who went to kogi state for their election process decided to return to Lagos and also planned to go back to sango ota while I was tired of staying at home with the hope of visiting him in sango ota just to spend some days with him (A means to escape and change my location). I was somehow worried when he said his flight was schedule to 8pm and since it is an hour journey, he will be in Lagos around 9pm, even though I decided to change his mind to at least spend the night he said no, so I decide to just pick him up at the airport and take him to Ota that night.

Even though my brother was worried, I had to calm him down since that wont be the first time I will go on a night journey, so around 8:45 pm I left the house, after 20mins drive, the worse thing happened, I entered a port hole and my car silencer fell to the ground, i had to park beside the road thinking of what to do since I know I won't see any mechanic that night to fix it, a bus driver yell at me to find a rope and tie it but he didn't stop, at least he gave me a solution. I don't have any road so I had to beg two guys to help me out and also gave them my usb cord to use as rope, my precious cord but situation gave me no choice.

Then we face the second problem which was fuel, couldn't get one and most petrol station were closed already, I had to beg one to help me with fuel because I want to make transfer and he declined even after offering to had extra fee to it but he refuse, maybe that is their protocol. Luckily for us we saw another station which we made the transfer to. Moving from Lagos to Ota isn't that easy because of bad road, so we had to cut the journey bit by bit using google map🗺️ moving from one stop to another but eventually the way lead to our designation and it was even faster with good road, it is always good to remember the way those danfo driver always take. Eventually we reach out destination and we had to do lot of explanation to the security men before they gave us access to enter the gate then reaching home.
