Battle Secret Mage | Knowing More About Earthquake Ruleset And How To Outlast It

Boom, it is another battle mage secrets moment and it is really getting more and more interesting, even though the ruleset is somehow add to come by most times when some had to get ruleset get choosen. I was somehow amazed when I saw the ruleset chosen this time and it was the Earthquake which is somehow common and this ruleset affect all non-flying monster cards by dealing 2 damage to them each round. This rule and noxious fumes somehow work hand in hand since they deal damage at the end of each round just that noxious fumes damage the health irrespective of the amour while earthquake start the damage from the amour first if available before touching the monster earth.

when it come to this kind of rules, based on most of the battle I have experience, there are lot of ways to select your strategy or what you will be using, we only have one summoner out of all summoners that have only flying ability and it add it to all monster cards used which is the Brighton Bloom which is a rare dragon summoner and some people do make use of this summoner to buff this kind of rule and also use some strong monster cards since earthquake won't be affecting them, likewise, in all buff abilities, there are abilities that are in existence to counter them, In this case, there is a particular ability that will turn a flying ability card into non-flying ability card ( making it lose the flying ability) and this is the Snare ability and this summoner is Vera Salacia but people rarely make use of it maybe they haven't decode it is an anti-flying summoner. Another thing I do look out for is the monster cards to make use of incase I don't want to use this two summoner, there are some other abilities you might want to consider and pair with what you want to use, one is having extra amour (protect ability) then also healing ability to heal up each round, just that we don't have a summoner with heals ability yet just tank heal.

I had to scan through my monster cards collection and I notice life element have more flying element apart from dragon element so I had to wait and see what we are using in battle. I had this particular battle with yuanbnxtai in a 47 mana capped match which is really ok to flex our our muscle and pick our best monster cards, We had the Earthquake which deal damage to non-flying monster cards and also the close range rule set which allow range cards to attack as a frontline and we could choose any element except fire and dragon, would have picked dragon though but I had to pick Life element out of all the available option.

Grandmaster Rathe as the summoner even though it is 6 mana capped, the extra amour and void amour ability is way important in this battle since earthquake destroy amour first before touching the monster health. The void amour also prevent magic cards from hitting my monster health unless the amour get destroyed and I also hope he won't be using any shatter ability card, then I picked up Uriel the purifier as my frontline, a strong monster card with good stat, the recharge ability will always make it attack every even round and make it dealt 3x attack, with the healing will health back it health each round and the important part is the flying ability which make it worthy for this ruleset. I backed it up with the Luminous Eagle with the reach ability which allow it attack from the second position as a melee attacker and also have the flying ability.

Celestial Harpy with the opportunity ability even though this card is below average it still fir the ruleset with the flying ability, I had to make use of Djinn Renova as the only magic card to add extra health to all card due to the strengthen ability but I wish it was a gold league battle, the triage which heal other card except the frontline will be of great use. I even gave it a though what if my opponent decide to use a strong amour cards, I need something that can shattered it, that is the main reason I used pegasus even though it is a flying ability card and it work really well. Using shieldbearer was really not my thing but I just make use of it due to the taunt ability at least to hook down most of my opponent attacks.

Making use of shieldbearer really work out, most of the attacks got directed to it and since the amour stat and health is above average, it really make it last the first round before it got destroyed and before then, I already weaken the opponent monster card while pegasus shattered the whole 9 amour diemonshark had and made it penetrable, it was really lovely to watch. Having flying element card on board which also have high chance of not been hit by melee and range cards attack also help and I was able to defeat him and won the battle with most of my cards still standing.
