My Hive Awakening: Building Real Friendships in a Blockchain World

Hive is like a home or perhaps I should say a source or origin where everything started from, when I first saw a post about the platform, I thought it was just one of those fake sites because earning through blogging for free sounded unreal and when I realized it wasn't a joke, I had to put my all, invest my time and effort but one thing I wasn't willing to do was to collaborate with others, just like they use to say that one tree can't make a forest, I just thought I can do it all alone, be anonymous, blog and disappear but I later figured out the platform wasn't made for that one man even the whole blockchain isn't, it is build around people.

I'm one of those extreme introvert who just love his indoor lifestyle even in school, I limit my circle to just five friends who also live in my street, so most of the time we went to school together and also play or see each other after school, they knew I rarely associate and don't like going out and they were fine with it but everything change when I join the platform and also introduce them, it started from the engagement aspect, the more you engage on people post regularly, the more you guys get close, it went on and on till we all connected on Discord which serves as a chatting hub for all hive members and that how I realized I have some users, staying in the same town with me and they had a meetup events coming up. I told my circle gang and we agree to link up since we won't just be meeting other members but gain from the knowledge they will shared.

That day was really amazing and it started a whole new friendship, from that day we really connect, sharing helpful tips on how to survive in the crypto space, web3, build skills among other things, they literally shook my introverted life and it was through one of them that I went for an interstate meetup where all users in the country meet up (the one that can attend the program). Blockchain didn't just impact my life but also change how I see people (good and bad aspect), how it is possible to form a team and also work to fulfill some certain goals together.
