She Got Pregnant | A Prank Escapade

One thing i really hate doing is pranking or tricking someone or getting tricked or someone pranking me, I'm someone with a not too serious look and I joke or laugh a lot especially when I' m around people that I'm really comfortable with, even my friend know me and rarely try such with me, anytime they even try to surprise me, I don't know somehow how I do figure out what they want to do because I will start noticing some weird behaviour and somehow I will start questioning them till they finally open up.

I have this friend of mine, a lady and we are really close that we know many things about eat other and also I'm close to her mum and she took me like a son, yoruba's mother are funny somethings and they always ask someone to take care of their daughter especially when they are in the same location but far from home, her mum do tell me to look after her since she is like a sister to me and we are really close. So somehow I'm always worried if she was sad or not happy. So this day, she make some plans or maybe my friend join force with her to actually prank me but I have no idea, and it was as if I lost my prank instinct or sense that day because I couldn't sense it at all or have no clue, they really thought of what to do then decided to prank me in a way I will get too worried.

We were at home with my friends (her group of prankers) eating together when she suddenly stood up, rush to the rest room to vomit, I thought she was sick because she started acting up, our other female friend went to attend to her, I ask her what is wrong and she told me (us) she have been feeling funny for a while and also vomiting, I ask her if it malaria, she said no, omo my head started calculating immediately, as a clinical med student, if a lady started vomiting out of the blues and feeling funny 😲😫, I popped the question and actually fell into their trap, Are you pregnant? I asked her immediately, she played along and acted confused that she isn't sure even though she had a safe sex some weeks earlier, ahh!! came out of my mouth, I was even more worried than her, what are we going to tell her mom, is it over etc, can't tell her to visit the hospital so I ask her to maybe get a pregnancy test kit to be sure, they went out to get it after some hours and brought the result to me.

I saw double red line on it, and I was short of words, What will you do now came out of my mouth and they all bust out laughing, I was shocked, I asked them what is actually funny and they were like it is just a prank, just a prank and you guys got me this much, they even went to tamper with the kit just to make it look real, I was scared because I don't even know what to say or do after, I think I gave someone a knock before laughing with them.
