Delegations, and a new (artistic) competition

Last October I reshuffled my outgoing delegations (here) and wrote that I'd reconsider end of June 2023 - which is now.Im Oktober letzten Jahres habe ich meine Delegationen neu gemischt (hier) und geschrieben, dass ich Ende Juni 2023 - also jetzt - wieder darüber nachdenken würde.El pasado octubre reorganicé mis delegaciones salientes (aquí) y escribí que lo reconsideraría a finales de junio de 2023, que es ahora.
In order to continuously support newbies, I'd like to redistribute parts of my Hive Power. So I'll adjust some of the longest-running delegations from 2'000 to 1'000 HP, or from 1'000 HP to 0.Um Newbies weiter zu unterstützen, möchte ich Teile meiner HP umverteilen. About one year ago, I wrote a "Code of Conduct" for Hive (here). Now I'd like to have a kind of illustration or smartArt of the 3 bullet points and the 10 guidelines of this code. Who can create a clearly-designed and good-looking poster or leaflet of the Code? I hope for some suggestions, and I'll give a reward of 250 HP, plus a 1-year delegation of 2'000 HP to the best creator.Vor ca. einem Jahr schrieb ich einen "Code of Conduct" für Hive (hier). Nun hätte ich gerne eine Art Illustration oder SmartArt der 3 Aufzählungspunkte und der 10 Richtlinien dieses Kodexes. Wer kann ein übersichtliches und sexy aussehendes Poster oder Faltblatt des Kodex erstellen? That's generous of you. You've always been a source of motivation to the newbies and we all appreciate. I'll like to recommend @kristowe for the delegation. I've noticed his consistency of recent and I believe the delegation might encourage him further

That's great news for newbies, of which I’m one of them and I won't mind getting a delegation to help build my account and get to curate other newbies and hive members too.

I will also suggest another newbie too who would benefit from the delegation @sirdelly.

About the code of conduct contest. Are we to write a blog post to illustrate them if possible? Or it's only focused on smart art or leaflets of the guidelines.

Thanks for the support you are giving out to help all hivers. I've read the conducts and it's a nice proposal that everyone can follow to have a safe and diverse space on Hive that's for everyone.

I'm no artist but im curious to ask if AI is permitted in making the Smartart. Maybe I can get creative with the guidelines. But if it's not, I'll have to pass on it I guess.

You @zuerich have been such a great support to those of us who have were new and had no friends here and you have stood by us for a long, long time. Thank you so much for your support which makes my vote stretch longer.

Well Done @zuerich. I'm just seeing this delegation initiative from you and a name is already popping into my head.

@jellyvine is a newbie I found last weekend and I've been helping her understand how certain things works on the blockchain. She's fairly active and doing a good job with her contents and engagement on the chain. She has been throwing a lot of questions and she's learning so much within such a short period.

She's also planning to participate in her first ever HivePUD on 1st July. She found it interesting after learning the benefits of growing her HP.

About the code of conduct contest, I would sit that out. Haha. I don't have the skill for something like that even, if my life is one the line. Haha.

Maybe @janetedita can join this contest in designing the illustration and help with your idea. I think I saw she was making some digital drawings and designs for leofinance recently.

My previous @v4vapp proposal has expired. I have a new one which is running but unfunded right now. I'm still running @v4vapp and all my other services.

I've just updated v4v.app and I'm getting ready for some exciting new features after the next hard fork.

Please consider asking your friends to vote for prop #265 or consider unvoting the return vote.

For understandable reasons in the current crypto climate it is harder to get funded by the DHF, I accept this so I'm asking a wider audience for help again. I'll also add that I power up Hive every day and usually power up larger amounts on 1st of the Month. I'm on Hive for ideological reasons much more than for only economic benefit.

Additionally you can also help with a vote for Brianoflondon's Witness using KeyChain or HiveSigner

If you have used v4v.app I'd really like to hear your feedback, and if you haven't I'd be happy to hear why or whether there are other things you want it to do.
