I'm a bit of a history buff myself, so can see no issue whatsoever with your bias in that direction here 😀 The Paul Morland and Lewis Mumford books look especially appealing. Just added them to my list. And then I looked up Hannah Arendt and now my list is another two books longer! Oh, well, I wouldn't ever want to run out of options. Thanks for sharing your list.
