Is this a surgical strike? An attack? An invasion? An incursion? Choice of terms is interesting.
- It is definitely not an invasion as no army is inside Venezuela. An attack or an incursion? Sure, but not on Venezuela, but against a criminal and war-faring regime.
Concerning the video, what hint do you mean? In my view, Miller is just stating the obvious: Venezuela is in a period of transition and the US are in charge. The desolate defense capabilities of Venezuela (military resources have been sold by the regime for personal enrichment) show that they need someone who protects them (mostly against Russian and Chinese agents) - hopefully only temporarily.
Yes, we are in the laboratory of history (aren't we always?). Let's hope this chance will be used for good.
