The Daily Meme #955!

There is something about cops that just makes me want to puke.
Funny that I am having such a hard time putting my finger on exactly what that something is,...

IF you need to see it play out on video, you can follow the source link.

Otherwise, there is no longer any reason to ask why I do not like cops.

This one instance is enough.

It's not likely the cop will ever see accountability.
That isn't how power stays in power.

Are you are tired of paying your masters to bomb children in far away places?
Perhaps it is time you pushed back on that.
A simple way that anybody can do that is to hoard your coins.
The fed buys coins at face value from the mint.
A dollar of change in your pocket is a dollar of value out of the banksters' pockets.
Stop playing in their shell game that allows them to play in the amusement parks from hell and shop in the human grocery stores.

No.
Good cops get fired.
They speak up when they see corruption.
There are only bad cops and silent cops.
Silent cops are bad cops.

If you scroll back a couple pages you will get back to when he was doing his radio show.
In that he explains how to challenge jurisdiction.
IF the court doesn't have evidence presented to it by the claimant then the court doesn't have jurisdiction to even hear the case let alone rule on it.
Nobody ever asks for the evidence.
No lawyer is gonna do it for you.
You have to do it yourself.
Simply corner the court on the question.
IF the court carries water for the claimant, then you have evidence of a biased court.
When the claimant has no evidence to present, move for dismissal.
There can be no evidence without your consent.

Always, always, always have a court reporter.

It is like cops are supposed to protect and serve, but often it seems like they are doing the opposite.

How does one come to having a mandatory breathalyzer?

Canadian "Police officers can demand that any lawfully-stopped driver provide a preliminary breath sample to test for alcohol without reasonable suspicion that the driver has alcohol in their body."

"Clause 15 (new section 320.27(2)) allows an officer to require a driver to provide a breath sample"

"As research shows that many impaired drivers are able to escape detection at check stops, this authority would help police detect more drivers who are “over 80” and reduce litigation regarding whether or not the officer had a reasonable suspicion."
