Some things are better not shared

There has been a lot of hacks in the past few months and a lot of personal data leaked, and those are the stories that made it in the mainstream news, how many more weren't deemed news worthy? In any case, getting stuff like your ID and address all over the internet doesn't seem like a good idea even for the most casual of internet users, not to mention stuff like credit card information. You don't have to be a genius to realize that stuff shouldn't be easily accessible to strangers.
Every time personal information is spread all over the internet I'm very glad I didn't give facebook my phone number, no matter how many time their stupid pop up asked for it, or that my personal information isn't on every exchange known to man. I also use google very rarely, only when duck duck go gives crappy search results, which is not rare if I'm looking for something very specific. But I'm never logged into my google account when I use their search, they can go make money on other suckers information.
The only time I tried going through the KYC process was with coinbase and after several tries and a lot of wasted time, the mother truckers didn't even validate my account.
The fact that blockchains don't ask for your personal stuff is something I feel grateful for everyday, and gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Yes why should someone be given their personal details out and especially on internet that means details are not well secured.

Truly a lot of people have been hack in various way and I believe by now people should have learnt their lesson, because those hacker people do not have another work than hack people.

And I didn't know why some people are very careless to give such an information out because the reason why I said they are very careless is that how can a someone called you and tell you to give your details without.

Which you know you don't have any interaction or business with them and you will just keep it out like that.

Thank for the wonderful information and I believe people will learn more.
