Ever since the creation of ezabay, I am among those that was extremely happy to hear that there is now a unique exchange platform specially designed and dedicated to hiveans for easy coin swap and withdrawal. Ever since then, I haven't patronize binance again. While using ezabay, there are certain things that I must give them credit for. And there is one I must call their attention to as well. Do you know that the merchants activities are poor when it comes to withdrawal of naira to local Bank account? Many hiveans are complaining over it. Sometimes, one can withdraw today and also receive alert today. But most times, it can even take more than 24 or 48 hours before the money will be credited to the local bank account.
I could remember one day that I saw myself in a critical situation that I couldn't help. I quickly placed withdrawal so as to solve the issue at the moment, do you know that I didn't receive the money that very day? It was in the next day that my account got credited.
Sincerely speaking, it will be good and advisable if you people can give attention to that aspect the same way you paid rapt attention to other branches of ezabay exchange. I am saying this because someone can't just withdraw for withdrawing sake. There must be a reason behind it. It could be health issues, feeding or other related problems. Therefore, there is great need to answer us whenever we call for withdrawal.
A friend told me that you guys are working on the system at the moment, that is why I have chosen to drop this warm appeal at the moment so that you people can as well work in this aspect so as to upgrade the service providers as well.

I hope the issue is resolved quickly because one might need the money for an emergency and then get stranded in the middle because of the delay in receiving the money in your local bank.

This post really came at the right time, I have also experienced this issue as well infact it was just as if I should just cry because I needed the money 💰 so urgently, but in all I will that the EZABAY team would improve the more.
Yes, I share same believe with you. That is why it is necessary that we voice out. The team have been diligent with their work and as we tailored this to them, they will act fast on our behalf.
EZABAY really has to fix their conversation process. There are times I might need Money urgently and due to the issues they might be having I would be unlucky to receive my Money the next two days. If they continue this way, Some Users might think they're Scammers .
But I hope they're doing something to improve
