If I Could Invent One Tool for Students, This Would Be An AI Tutor App

I really can't count how many times I have imagined things while in school especially when it comes to academics and how to make them simpler, every day we attended lectures for hours, trying to understand what the lecturers are saying and at the same time jotting things down. Honestly, life in the lecture room sometimes felt like hell, lots of distractions, sitting for hours, noise etc and to make it even worse, some lecturers would just show up in class, list out the course outlines for the semester and dash out, it was a lot and many students were struggling, especially if they had no sponsor and had to engage in other daily tasks just to survive.

I once asked a guy how he is coping in school especially with his daily job (he sells food) and does deliveries, I notice he will be in class during lectures and immediately lecture is over, he will disappear and sometimes he wouldn't show up in class, he even classified some as important and un-important lectures, I even asked if he woke up at night to read so as to be on track. On my part, lectures weren't easy especially when it came to reading textbooks and understanding what I read, at times, I would want to outsource, searching the internet or youtube just to find explanatory videos but couldn't find any, doing assignments was also hard, among other things. Now imagine if I could invent an app or tools to help, it would be an AI Tutor App.

Yes, just like Chatgpt which came to life recently and is very helpful, always a go to search engine, how I wish it had existed back in the day. This AI tutor app will have the same features or almost the same, it will be a 24/7 app which will be like your personal teacher, you could talk to it, ask any questions you want and it will explain them detail and to top it all, it will provide you with different explanatory videos, pdf for more detailed information. In case you are doing anything calculations, it will give you a well detailed, step by step solutions. It will also give you questions related to whatever you asked just to test your knowledge on such topics.

During examination moment, you can always use the app to help out in setting similar practice questions, area to concentrate on, topics to revise , instant feedback and also note your weak areas. This kind of app will be a great deal for students and also help improve their studies.
