Rising Star Meme #41 - Save Your Luck!! (And Skill)

As obvious as it is, Rising Star is about collecting and HODL-ing more cards - NFTs if you will. And the main challenge is to maximize your STARBITS production output as it is the main currency used to buy packs, cards, etc.

Total Fans

Total Fans increase the MAX STARBITS gained per each mission (+1 max for every ~50 Fans - it increases as time goes by), and that is the main reason everyone focuses on Total Fans.
While it is totally reasonable to set "Total Fans" goals, many players ignore the fact that there are other equally(or even more) important stats in-game simply because they don't increase their RoI directly.

Total Skills

"Skills" is one of the most important stats in-game. It doesn't increase your STARBITS output, but it does help "not reduce it" - as Ego is the factor that decreases your earnings by a significant amount if taken lightly.

Another POV

Another way you can look at "Skills" is to assume that it is a 'container' that shows how much growth potential you have. You can't have 100K Total Fans when your Total Skills are like 10K. Your Ego will totally obliterate the rewards, so much that you'd be earning less than a player with balanced stats and far fewer Total Fans.

Make room for your Fans (and Ego), then fill the room with fans!
Note: Don't forget the drunks!!

Total Luck

Now, this one is the one the least discussed - even less than Skills. Mainly due to the fact that Luck is yet another layer further from increasing your STARBITS that it might not seem relevant AT ALL. It helps you earn in two main ways:

1. Getting more drunks per each mission
2. Getting more Skills per corresponding Music Lesson if it comes from Instruments

The latter is more prominent in the early stages.

If you have a solid investment in Instruments, then you can drastically decrease the time you spend doing Music Lessons and use it to Earn while doing missions, instead.

After you got more Total Luck as time goes by, you can also contain the drunks in Whiskey Bottles and give yourself decent temporary Fan boosts and start earning through Drunks as well.

It's the complete package - gives you Drunks, gives you Skills - what else do you need? 😁
Moderation is key, so don't blow your STARBITS on one stat while ignoring the other - not even something as important as Luck! But don't go around neglecting your Luck, either.
