I will also be starting a short splinterbits podcast and longer live and recorded stream of battles and me commenting on them with abosolutly ridiculout commonents that will likely be hilarioius or not but thats my insane pesonality I speak my mind and unless you can change it I stick to what my beleive is because as a trader Ive listened to others and gotten clobbered like I lost 60K in futures last year made it up and then some in crypto and real estate but my real estate was 145% leveraged due to a buy out so my IRR was 78% so got lucky lol. Now Ill get paid out still own pieces of 9 complexes that increased 25% in value this year alone and one that paid back 100% of capital so no its all gravy infinite returns.

God I love investing as it allows me not to goto a shittly ass job as a tax CPA working 80 hrs a week for 85K W2 (the worst way to get paid) I can make half in cash flow structure it right and make more than they do. I made 350K this year and will still get medicaid as I will just reinvest and the rest is in my solo 401K and I purposly do not take on more work as I only want 18K of AGI so I get 40-50K in govt benefits that would just go away. Best of both worlds dont need to pay for much and structured my income so I can do so and still make a few hundred K. By next year could be millions still will be on medicaid just going to reinvest agaoin get that negative to very low AGI pay myself 30k in w2 to max my roth solo out get savers cedit plus eic and other low income rent and house subsidies so I can invest more.

I paid to much in tax and hidden inflation I am also getting the opp to get 2014-2019 taxes back so 50K which will goto a fund that iwll give me 250K in 5 years then reinvest and get a million in 10 and 5 in 15 10 in 20 years. But 250K is enough to raise cash flow by 25-30K and if eveyone realized this half the work force would up and leave but luckily ppl are not very smart or were never taught by are failing education system making kids dummer considering half the country cant pay a 500 dollar bill. I cant even imagine how no one teachs people like my dad did made me invest the mad since I was 16 by time I was a senior I had almost 200K invested and if I was smart I would have taking the 100K for college just invested it and never even worked at all after a few more years at the car was making 25 a hour 15 years ago which has got to be 30-40 now. Its sad how little wages have grown. I make more than 55 K in my sleep which is the avg wage in america before you slice it in half for medicalk taxes fica etc. inflation no raises like bs 3-5% and companies think you should thank them fuck that it doesntcover medical you need a 20-30% raise. Only way u get that is hustle on your own get 100-200K tell ur boss to shove it pay ur basic expenses and come up with a business. Only way you make it past lke 10 million if your not a high up exec. which has got to be the worst job ever Id be fire for swearing and working in my PJS on zoom calls bc I just dont give a shit anymore now that I have no need to obey bs rules lol.
