TIME TRAVEL

Being able to correct mistakes easily, going back in time to make amends, would be something that I will greatly cherish.

As Humans, it is normal for us to make mistakes and commit errors in the course of our journey here on earth. Some are grievous, while others are minimal. And after making such mistakes, we tend to regret our actions and we wish we could erase them. We often say hurtful things to others, and after which, we sometimes wish we could take our words back or that we had never said such hurtful words to another person.

If I could go back in time and erase or change some things in my past, I would not only be the happiest person on earth, but also the most grateful. Having such a thing in existence would make my life easier and even better. If a time travel machine were invented today and I could go back in time, I would use it to travel to my past to change some of my actions and amend some relationships that I might not have handled well. I would have a lot of mending to do in my life.

There are a lot of memories of regret I have, among which is not taking my health as a priority. There are a lot of happenings in my life that can be attributed to the fact that of my ignorance and nonchalant attitude towards my health, causing me to suffer the outcome now.

There is a certain age one will reach in life and will understand the world and how it works better; some get to this age earlier than others, while some have better guidance and tend not to make the mistakes the rest of us must make growing up. With the understanding of life, I have now, if I were to go back in time, I would correct a lot in my life. We live and die once, and we should use our limited time on earth productively. Some things are best done early in life. Although one might still have a second chance at them, it is always advisable that you have a good plan for how you want your life to be and also work towards it as if your life depends on it, because it does.

As much as time travel machines might have some advantages to Human experience, the existence of such a technology can have a grievous effect on the living of man on earth. On the bright side, humans might be able to travel through time to witness first-hand the history of mankind, the talks and studies of how man evolved through time will actually be witnessed, and a perfect knowledge of this will be available for humans. Humans will have the genesis of their living and differentiate what is false and what is true from the history they were taught. A person is also able to alter their pass, the outcome of which might not be certain, whether it is positive or negative.

Man is believed by nature to be selfish; the existence of a time travel machine might cause more harm than good, since most countries will want to use the tool for dominance instead of for good.
