Good evening, from here to all the amazing members in this community.
Earlier this morning being Saturday, I decided to do some clean up in the house, do laundry and some cooking ahead of next week. So I decided to cook beans and have it with Pap which I enjoyed so much.
Then I continued with my plan schedule for the day, there are so many things to be done.
But after some time I began feeling so uncomfortable, as I experienced heartburn and difficulty in stooling, so I needed solution. So I sent for oranges In my area but the woman that sells fruit in our area didn't have. So I called my husband and luckily for me he was on his way coming back to the house, I asked him to help me some Oranges in the he market which he did. That it helps in constipation.
Constipation is when the bowel of evacuation are finding itdifficult in passing faeces. and after taking it I felt much better.

Oranges has much benefits , I only listen but a few , I hope it helps . This can be taken before or after meals as it is good for easy digestion.
Oranges are one of the fruits that is good for human body as it has so much benefits.
